Let’s just say you’re somewhere in the Niagara area in Canada. Let’s do this. Stand up, point and spin around in circles. Chances are when you stop, you will not only be dizzy, odds are you will be pointing to a very large body of water.  That’s the way things are in the Niagara area.  We can count ourselves lucky because water is abundant. We are the envy of much of the world. Over the years we have earned a strong reputation for our fruit and most recently, for our wines. Gee, maybe it’s time to raise a glass.
